To best serve your needs, we require an advance meeting with a facilities manager to confirm a date and discuss the details of your event.  We know each event is special and we’ll work hard to make this a very special time for you.

Over 75 people

Rental fee                                  $500
Cleaning fee                               $100
Refundable Damage Deposit    $500
Refundable Key Deposit            $100

Less Than 75 people
A non-refundable building use fee of $50 and a refundable cleaning deposit of $100 will be collected from parishioners for events with 75 or less people such as:

PARISH LIFE CENTER

If you are interested in reserving the Parish Life Center at St. Stephen Catholic Church for an upcoming event, please call the parish office at 479-273-1240.  The church's office staff will verify availability at that time.  Soon thereafter, you will be contacted by our Parish Life Coordinator who will schedule a time to meet with you to further discuss details of your event.
